The Role: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions in the tech sector. This is your chance to make a real impact by engaging with both candidates and clients, helping to shape the future of tech talent in the US market.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and headhunting top talent, building relationships through business development, networking, and market research, and guiding candidates and clients through the interview and offer processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Development: Build new and maintain existing relationships with clients in the tech sector.
• Sourcing Talent: Find the best candidates for client needs through active and passive headhunting.
• Interview Management: Prepare candidates for interviews, provide feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate offers and ensure a positive outcome for both candidates and clients.
