Our client, an international relocation company, is looking for Relocation Consultants to join their team in Middlesex.

Your main objective will be to facilitate the overall relocation process for your corporate clients and their employees. Working closely with your clients, you will have the ability to multi-task, handle, and solve difficulties proactively, maintaining client focus at all times.

Responsibilities of the Relocation Consultant:

• Manage all activities related to the transfer process, including those performed by third-party suppliers, the ongoing assignment, and repatriation where appropriate.
• Carry out pre-assignment briefings and orientations of the assignee on the client's policy, including compensation details where applicable.
• Provide continuous advice and support to both clients and assignees, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment.
• Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation.
• Manage payments related to the assignment, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
• Provide authorizations for requested exceptions to client policies during the relocation process.
• Prepare monthly reports for clients on international supplier information.
• Initiate assignee surveys and undertake other tasks as required.

We are keen to hear from candidates who are already working within relocation or have prior experience in relocation, especially those with French language skills, although this is not essential.

The successful Relocation Consultant will have at least 2 years' experience working in relocation.

• Excellent organization, administration, and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families.
• Initiative and creativity within the parameters of policy and procedures.
• Fluency in IT applications, e.g., Microsoft Office and related platforms.
• Attention to detail and numeric skills.
• Ability to work well within a multicultural team.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects alongside daily activities.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
