Working Hours: Days (08:00-16:00), Weekends (Friday-Tuesday)

Salary: 35k - 50k

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member ensuring the smooth operation of the production facility. • Production & Operations Management
• Lean Six Sigma - Continuous Improvement
• Lead a Team of 30
• Set up Shift Meetings
• Active on Shop Floor
• H&S Involvement

• No specific qualifications required
• Good manufacturing/automation experience needed
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are desirable
• Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
