We’re looking for a smart, organised and ambitious Risk Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across risk and compliance at an early stage, with real scope to grow as we scale.

You will support the effective operation of our risk framework by developing and maintaining the risk register, monitoring key risk indicators, and contributing to regular risk reporting. You will also help oversee third-party risk, promote risk awareness across the organisation and work closely with teams to identify and mitigate potential risks in a practical, business-friendly way. This role reports to the Head of Risk & Compliance and offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of risk areas in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining the risk register and impact matrix, ensuring risks are consistently captured, assessed, and kept up to date.
• Maintaining the risk framework, policies, and procedures.
• Developing and monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and contributing to risk reporting and dashboard creation.
• Working with business teams to identify risks, lead business impact assessments and help develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Owning third-party and outsourcing risk assessments, and maintaining the related third party oversight register in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Leading operational resilience and business continuity planning, including maintaining documentation and supporting testing activities.
