About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring our internal systems and client communications run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and approve test certificates using our bespoke internal system
- Monitor and chase engineers for paperwork and uploads
- Clone existing job files and build a database for upcoming projects
- Set up new jobs within our system
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Book hotels and parking for engineers and staff
- Upload documentation to client portals accurately and promptly
- Manage and respond to Penalty Charge Notices
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and Director
About You:
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Comfortable working with bespoke systems (training will be provided)
- Experience in an office environment preferred but not essential
