Office Sales Manager (Construction/ Building Products) – Cardiff

Up to £35,000 + (OTE 40k - 45k). Company bonus to add to OTE + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Training + Progression + On-site Parking.

Role and Responsibilities

  • As a key driver of team performance, you\'ll motivate and support your colleagues to achieve their KPIs, maximise sales opportunities, and maintain a high standard of service across all activities.
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and support the external sales team.
