Office Assistant à Canada

We are seeking a Community Host to join our front-of-house reception team at the Gogar offices of a renowned bank.

The primary responsibility of a Community Host is to "own" their designated space. They will patrol their area, identify and log issues, book meeting rooms, conduct floor walks, induct new starters, and oversee health and safety. This role involves a variety of daily tasks aimed at creating a vibrant and efficient workspace.

Working collaboratively with all service providers, the Community Host will ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and visitors, foster a thriving community, and contribute to the "hotelification" of the corporate environment.

The role offers opportunities to develop engaging and creative initiatives to enhance colleagues' enjoyment of the office space, such as charity fundraisers, interactive experiences, or providing moments of respite during a busy day.

• Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Salary: £28,000
