Our ticket and retail sales are key to funding our work to preserve the sites in our care, and continuing to provide our visitors with truly unforgettable experiences.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Tower Host management team as a Deputy Team Leader. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will play an important role in supporting your team.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a Tower Host team, trained and coached to the highest level of customer service, and you will help support the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Excellent people skills are essential, in addition to a proven record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to use your initiative.
