What you’ll be doing?
12 month Maternity Cover
As a member of our Receptionist team, you may be the first or last person our guests interact with, so your customer service skills should be top-notch. From the initial welcome to check-out, you have the opportunity to shape guests' impressions, ensuring they leave happy and content.
The role involves working closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing bills. Strong computer skills and personal skills are essential.
What you’ll need to be a Receptionist?
- Genuine and warm approach with excellent people skills
- Strong attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and noticing small details like guest preferences
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Previous experience is preferred, but passion for customer service and people skills are more important
