Guest Experience Host - Evita - The London Palladium

The London Palladium team is excited to be recruiting for Guest Experience Hosts for our upcoming production of Evita. We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to create extraordinary experiences for our audiences, while ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Our Guest Experience Hosts are the welcoming faces of The London Palladium, hosting our guests throughout their time with us – whether that’s checking tickets, selling ice creams, serving drinks, or ushering inside the auditorium. The team works together to ensure the safe and smooth running of all events and performances, responding professionally and promptly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What you’ll be doing…

• Welcoming our guests to the building and sharing your enthusiasm for live entertainment with them
• Actively selling merchandise and refreshments from our bars, kiosks, and roaming sales points
• Helping audience members to resolve any issues they may experience during their visit
• Keeping our audiences safe, remaining informed and alert to ensure their security

We are recruiting for Guest Experience Hosts to work all performances of Evita between Saturday 14 June - Saturday 6 September. Successful candidates will also be required to attend mandatory training, during the day, Tuesday 10 June - Friday 13 June.

There may be the opportunity to work in other roles and continue working at The London Palladium beyond our summer season on a casual basis.

Rate of pay: £ per hour (minimum hour call per shift)
