Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry?

We have a vacancy for a slots host to join our team. Previous gaming experience is not essential. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of customer service and supporting them to have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. Flexibility to work various shifts across the week is required.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

1. Delivering excellent customer service consistently.
2. Welcoming new customers warmly and proactively seeking new ones.
3. Overseeing the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas and providing assistance.
4. Identifying food and beverage needs proactively.
5. Having a good understanding of the slots and electronic gaming offerings (preferable).
6. Communicating promotional activities and events to customers.
7. Sharing customer feedback with the general manager.
8. Working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
