A growing business in Coventry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business sales and expand their market presence. This role, which is home-based with travel across the UK, involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a personal sales quota, and reviewing client supply chains for tailored solutions. You will be key in leading tenders and building partnerships while ensuring accurate market intelligence and forecasting for effective campaign targeting.
SF Recruitment have partnered with a brilliant, growing business in Coventry, who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their new business team, reporting into the Sales Director. This role is home based with travel across the UK to meet prospective clients.
Working pattern: full time 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £60,000 plus car allowance and commission scheme
This business is embarking on an aggressive transformation to enhance its market leading position in the UK while at the same time expanding into new markets. This transformation requires additional sales specific resource capable of challenging prospects current thinking, and to introduce new solutions to resolve supply chain challenges. Your role will be to define and drive the business activity for the company and generate new business sales in line with business growth and profit targets.
