A community support organization is seeking a Be Well Coach in Manchester to assist individuals in changing their lifestyles and improving their health and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with local professionals and partners, focusing on helping those requiring high-level support. This role is fixed-term for 35 hours a week, with a competitive salary and opportunities for remote work.

Salary £31,022 (NJC point 17)
Hours 35 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until March 2027
Annual leave 25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years

As a Be Well Coach, you will support people to change their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Working within the local community, you will work alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link in your neighbourhood.
The people you work with will have been assessed as needing high-level support to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Three or more issues will be preventing them from making changes and many will be struggling to make those changes.
