• Lead and inspire a team of 7 direct reports and 40 indirect reports

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to maximise profitability (+20% NP) and achieve a +45% GP target
• Oversee both B2B and B2C sales channels, working with top-tier architects, designers, and retailers
