Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance setting+reviews.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Own and drive the sales forecast, pipeline health, and revenue targets.
  • Manage strategic accounts, including contract negotiations and long‑term development plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial governance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Authorization Limits
  • Responsibility for regional sales budget
  • Authority to approve pricing and discounts within defined thresholds.
  • Signing authority for contracts and agreements with strategic customers, subject to internal approval processes.
Deputy Functions
  • Acts as deputy to the VP Sales Communication Segment in strategic meetings and decision‑making forums.
  • May delegate operational responsibilities to Regional Sales Managers or Team Leads.
  • Supports succession planning and leadership development within the sales organization.
Your profile
  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within the communication or technology sector.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (BuyingCenter) & strategic long‑term customer relationships
  • Experience in the communication technology sector or related industries is highly desirable
