Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance setting+reviews.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Own and drive the sales forecast, pipeline health, and revenue targets.
- Manage strategic accounts, including contract negotiations and long‑term development plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial governance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Authorization Limits
- Responsibility for regional sales budget
- Authority to approve pricing and discounts within defined thresholds.
- Signing authority for contracts and agreements with strategic customers, subject to internal approval processes.
Deputy Functions
- Acts as deputy to the VP Sales Communication Segment in strategic meetings and decision‑making forums.
- May delegate operational responsibilities to Regional Sales Managers or Team Leads.
- Supports succession planning and leadership development within the sales organization.
Your profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within the communication or technology sector.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (BuyingCenter) & strategic long‑term customer relationships
- Experience in the communication technology sector or related industries is highly desirable
