Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Damp and Mould Surveyor to lead damp and mould inspections and remediation efforts within a reputable housing association. This is a key role focusing on diagnosing complex building defects, leading surveyor teams, and managing repair work with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct in-depth damp, mould, and disrepair surveys in tenants' homes.
- Diagnose root causes (e.g., condensation, structural issues) and define remedial actions.
- Commission and manage repair work via internal teams and specialist contractors.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations in collaboration with Contracts Managers.
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance across a team of surveyors.
- Handle complex disrepair claims and provide technical advice through resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, especially for vulnerable tenants.
- Work with a mission-driven housing provider focused on tenant satisfaction.
