This role involves the operational delivery of services related to damp and mould cases, including hands-on treatment and removal, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving service delivery to meet customer needs. You will work with customers offering advice and support to understand causation and work on longer-term mitigation strategies. A flexible, empathetic, case-by-case approach is essential, considering the severity of issues and customer vulnerabilities.
Essential requirement: You must possess a valid driving license. Although advertised in a specific location, you will be required to work in surrounding areas.

The successful candidate must be technically competent, with appropriate skills and experience in the treatment, causation, prevention, and removal of damp and mould, including related repairs.
