My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Director of Sales with a deep understanding of the Cambridge market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key local partners and businesses, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, universities, and key stakeholders within the Cambridge community.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to drive direct bookings and event sales.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities within Cambridge and beyond.
