A renowned retail cooperative is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to support its QCommerce strategy in Manchester. This role involves working with business colleagues to enhance service propositions, developing training materials, and analyzing operational data. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities. - Demonstrated ability with QCommerce and/or Parcel Services.

- Support Digital Operations Manager in QCommerce strategy implementation.
- Develop and deliver training materials for staff.
- Act as primary contact for operational queries.
