This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00. We will consider flexible working options for the right candidate!

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £36,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead and coach the HR Administrators, fostering engagement and development
  • Manage monthly payroll submissions and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Oversee HR Administration including employee records, policy queries, and reporting
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Drive continuous improvement processes and service delivery

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • CIPL level 5 qualified or working towards this
  • Previous experience in Payroll and HR transactional leadership
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Knowledge of time and attendance systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
