Main duties of the job

As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers. You will bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impact - from employee relations and wellbeing to policy development and organisational change. This includes partnering with managers to resolve employee matters, leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, reviewing and evolving HR policies, coaching leaders, and interpreting employee data to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions.

We're currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fantastic People Team. This role will be covering homes across our Norfolk and Midlands regions whilst also supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton. The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the business. You'll bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impact—from employee relations and wellbeing to policy development and organisational change.

  • Partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, including occupational health and return-to-work strategies
  • Reviewing and evolving HR policies to keep us compliant, consistent, and compassionate
  • Coaching leaders to manage people issues independently and effectively
  • Interpreting employee data to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions
  • Supporting key HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the business
  • Staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices to keep us future-ready
