A rapidly growing consultancy in London is seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner to join their Mergers & Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in M&A, with strong stakeholder management and employment law knowledge. This fixed-term contract offers a salary of £70,000 and plays a key role in shaping people strategy during complex transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally within M&A or transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with exposure to M&A or organisational change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
  • Conduct people-related due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Advise on organisational design, talent retention, and cultural alignment.
  • Navigate employment law, TUPE, and cross-border HR complexities.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and external advisors for seamless transitions.
  • Drive change management and communication strategies.
