At GXO, we are seeking a Regional HR Manager to support our Home Delivery Network. This is a national role which supports multiple sites, there will be some travel required, a car allowance is provided. In this role, you will deliver high quality, consistent and clear employee relations advice, support and case management . This fast paced role supports both warehouse and transport operations, giving it great variety.

This is a full-time,6-month fixed term contract position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with flexibility on start and finish times. Ideally, you will be based near one of our sites in Nuneaton, Doncaster or Harlow.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and career growth. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead and support a team of three direct reports and a wider colleague base across multiple UK locations
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to the Home Delivery Network and various customer accounts
  • Act as a key partner to operational leaders, driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance
  • Manage change initiatives such as restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and development across the network
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all sites
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex ER cases and drive proactive people solutions

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR management role, in an operational environment
  • Good understanding of employment law and ACAS code of practice
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable or relevant HR experience at an appropriate level
  • Exposure to managing HR Projects
