A leading logistics company in the UK is searching for a Northern Regional HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites. You will be responsible for building the HR people plan, enhancing employee relations, and overseeing HR processes. Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Northern Regional HR Manager to join us on our Heineken Contract. You will provide both strategic and operational HR support to our Leadership Teams across several sites within the North. You will also be working alongside a great HR team, with responsibility for supporting the design and delivery of a consistent framework for people-related activity within the Heineken Contract and the wider business. You will be required to travel to the other sites within your area of responsibility.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00. We do have some flexibility on start and end times and ask for some flexibility back, this is logistics after all!
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 and 25-days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
