Job Description
Grade: D
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Management team, supporting the UK B2B and B2C business in achieving its financial targets while managing commercial and contractual risks.
Reporting to the Lead Senior Commercial Manager, you will assist the business with contractual matters, supporting or leading negotiations and the conclusion of commercial contracts with customers. The team includes legal resources and collaborates with departments such as Pricing, Compliance, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure comprehensive consideration of commercial implications during deal structuring and negotiations.
You will ensure that appropriate commercial frameworks, processes, and policies are in place, and that all deal governance procedures are followed to ensure contracts are commercially sound, risks are mitigated, compliance standards are met, and deals align with company interests and internal procedures.
