A leading law firm in London is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Information Officer. This role involves managing the CIO's calendar, facilitating communication, and organising meetings with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience in high-level support, and excellent organisational capabilities. We are recruiting for a proactive and highly competent Executive Assistant to join our Technology department, based at the firm’s Head Office in London. The role is to work Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm (although as with all client-led industries a degree of flexibility is required), supporting the Chief Information Officer and his team.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the CIO, delivering high-level executive support across a range of complex and confidential projects. They will play a pivotal role managing competing priorities and ensuring the CIO’s time and focus are directed towards the most critical business and technology objectives.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is sufficiently experienced to influence stakeholders, build strong working relationships, and is keen to provide an exceptional service working within a challenging and demanding environment.
The key responsibilities of this role are set out below and there may be others which are not listed. You may be required on occasion to work outside our normal working hours of 9 : 30am to 5 : 30pm.
