A dynamic charity in Rochdale is looking for a Volunteering Support Officer to assist individuals in starting their volunteering journey and connecting them to future employment opportunities. The successful candidate will be passionate about volunteering, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to engage with diverse communities. Action Together are seeking a part time Volunteering Officer to work with individuals beginning their volunteering journey with a view to seeking future employment. Working within Rochdale’s Volunteering Team to raise the profile of volunteering in the community, with a particular supporting those furthest from employment and beginning volunteering. This post will focus on supporting individuals in Heywood with some time in Middleton.
The closing date for applications is 9:00am on Monday 3 November 2025.
Interviews will be held on Friday 14 November 2025 and will include a panel interview and task.
