Job Opportunity: Senior Contracts / Operations Manager - Permanent Position

Location: Head Office, Sawston, Cambridge CB22 + Various Sites

Start Date: Immediate

Position Type: Full-Time, Office & Site Based

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple roofing contracts across various sites.
  • Coordinate site activities, labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance across all sites.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure efficient programme delivery and team performance.
  • Report directly to senior leadership with progress updates and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Significant management experience within the construction operations sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of site coordination, health & safety legislation, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
