Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Solicitor to join a prominent law firm in Birmingham City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in Residential Litigation. Responsibilities include managing Debt Recovery, breach of lease issues, and FTT Applications. A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Residential Litigation.
- Familiar with leases and enforcement of judgments.
Responsibilities
- Handle Debt Recovery cases.
- Manage Breach of lease matters.
- Assist with FTT Applications.

- A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules – familiar with leases and enforcement of judgements
- MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
