You will manage an engaging portfolio of leasehold enfranchisement cases, working with clients including leaseholders, landlords, managing agents, and developers. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in complex matters such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights of first refusal, and the Right to Manage under relevant legislation.
