PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, DEVON, UPTO £40,000 - £55,000. Become part of a dynamic and expanding private client department at a trusted, well-established firm with a friendly atmosphere. JOB REF: 2024

  • Manage a varied caseload across the full range of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, tax planning, and Court of Protection work.
  • Provide clear, and client‑focused advice while building strong and trusted client relationships.
  • Work independently with confidence while benefiting from support within a busy and collaborative team.
  • Contribute to business development activities and help grow the department's profile.
  • Bring solid Private Client experience as a qualified Solicitor (STEP desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrate strong organisation, professionalism, and commercial awareness.
