SENIOR REGULATORY LAWYER – FITNESS TO PRACTISE, 5 + PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, £60,000 - £75,000.   • The organisation is looking for a Senior Lawyer to support the continued growth and development of its high performing investigations team.
  • In this role, you will lead and mentor investigation lawyers and paralegals, while managing and overseeing cases through every stage of the fitness to practise process.
  • You will offer legal guidance, handle escalations on evidence and procedure, and maintain consistent, high quality case progression.
  • This hybrid role requires 1–2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely.
  • Applications are open to qualified solicitors or barristers with at least five years’ PQE who are skilled in conducting fitness to practise investigations and capable of assessing evidence and preparing cases for hearings.
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships is essential.
