This full-time, permanent position involves managing your own caseload of sale and purchase transactions under supervision, updating clients, and coordinating the process. The ideal candidate should possess experience in a law firm environment and prior residential conveyancing exposure. The role offers a competitive starting salary upwards of £26,000 and hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a law firm environment with prior residential conveyancing or wider property exposure.
• Previous experience working within a service-driven team environment.
• Competence with operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handling own caseload of sale & purchase files under supervision.
• Updating clients and introducers on the progress of matters.
• Raising and responding to enquiries and providing detailed reports.
• Coordinating the sales, purchase and re‑mortgage process.
