Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) with experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactions.
  • Exposure to portfolio, development, or securitisation transactions is highly desirable.
  • Methodical and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on inter‑disciplinary residential and commercial portfolio transactions.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with transactional teams.
  • Lead aspects of property charging and securitisation transactions.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with standards.
