Job Title: Property Litigation Lawyer (6+ Years' PQE)

Location: London

We are instructed by a mid-tier, full service commercial practice, renowned for providing exceptional legal services to a wide range of clients. Its Property Litigation Team is highly regarded for its expertise and client-focused approach, handling both commercial and residential property disputes.

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of six years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including commercial and residential property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, possession claims, service charge disputes, and boundary disputes.
• Providing clear, commercially sound advice to clients, including property developers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, court documents, and witness statements.
• Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborating with colleagues within the Property Litigation Team and across other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• A minimum of six years’ PQE in property litigation.
• Proven experience handling both commercial and residential property disputes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to supervise junior fee earners
