A public legal services authority is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its team. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting litigation, and managing a caseload. The ideal candidate must be a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least three years of relevant experience and must demonstrate strong communication skills. We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join our Litigation and Public Law Team focusing on one or more of: complex possession, Housing Judicial Review, Access or Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions. You will be responsible for a challenging caseload, you will be line managed by Senior Lawyers and supported by legal officers and paralegals in the team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, or barrister with three years post qualification experience, able to demonstrate experience.
