Employment Solicitor – Leeds – NQ to 3 Years PQE – Hybrid Working

A well-regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor or NQ to develop their career in a supportive, growing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of employment matters, primarily employment claimant work.
  • Advise clients on settlement agreements under the supervision of a Partner.
  • Handle matters from initial instructions through to completion and archiving in line with firm procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, tribunals, and other parties to ensure high standards of client care.
  • Support colleagues across the Employment team as required.
Requirements
  • NQ – 3 years PQE with experience in employment law, particularly claimant work.
  • Good knowledge of employment tribunal processes.
  • Organised, methodical, and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex legal issues clearly.
  • Confident with IT and legal case management systems.
  • Proactive, professional, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
