A global leader in talent mobility is seeking an Account Manager to engage with HR Directors and Heads of Learning and Development. This role focuses on leadership development and talent management discussions in a consultative sales environment, with sales cycles possibly extending up to 2 years. Strong face to face sales experience is essential, as well as a knack for negotiating high value solutions.

As Account Manager, you will be selling to HR Directors and Heads of Learning and Development at Fortune 100 businesses across all sectors. You will be talking to these businesses about leadership development, talent management, and career transition. Sales cycles can be anything from 3 months to 2 years in the pipeline and can range from tens of thousands to millions of pounds in value.
