- Strong horticulture background (ornamentals and/or forest nurseries)
- Knowledge of crop protection products and chemical inputs (BASIS/FACTS desirable)
- Industry network and relationship-focused sales approach
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with ability to travel
- Full UK driving licence
- B2B sales experience and BASIS/FACTS qualifications desirable but not essential — training available
- £35,000–£45,000 + performance-based bonus
