Job summary

A technology company in Northern Ireland seeks a Junior IT Support Engineer to join its IT team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent; IT-related qualifications are a plus.
  • Must have a current UK driving licence.
  • Having access to your own transportation would be advantageous.

  • Log, track, and elevate incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with setting up user accounts, devices, and applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and elevate complex issues to 2nd line support.
  • Support onboarding of new staff with IT setup and orientation.

  • Basic understanding of computers, software, and networks.
