Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide first and second line support for platform incidents.
• Liaise with partners for effective support.
• Support platform upgrades, including testing and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and health.
• Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
• Assist in developing ServiceNow documentation.
• Collaborate with IT Department members to enhance the IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with projects teams for systems integration.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Attend training and certification courses to enhance skills.
