• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality project deliverables
• Develop and manage new and existing external pharmacy partnerships, establishing standardized processes and KPIs
• Drive performance of external pharmacy partnerships to meet operational goals and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance stakeholder, customer, and business needs
• Monitor and analyze performance, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement

• 8-10+ years of experience in project management or operations management, preferably in order management
• BS/BA degree is required; MBA preferred
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize complex data for informed decision-making and drive operational success

• Experience in a rapidly growing company, balancing data-driven inputs for decision-making
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
