We are looking for a User Researcher with strong Government Digital Service (GDS) experience to help design and improve user‑centred digital services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services meet user needs and comply with GDS standards.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a User Researcher within GDS or UK public sector projects
  • Strong knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and service assessments
  • Experience running usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to varied audiences
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
