PMO Analyst | Newport / Hybrid | Outside IR35
We’re working with a leading provider of technology-enabled services and operational transformation within the financial services sector. With decades of industry expertise, the business supports large-scale change programmes across lending, savings, and investments helping clients modernise operations, streamline processes, and drive digital innovation.
They’re now looking for a PMO Analyst to join their Change & Transition Delivery team on a contract basis. This role supports portfolio-level governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a broad set of business change programmes.
The Role
Provide portfolio support services across medium and large-scale change initiatives Support project governance, quality assurance, and risk reporting Manage centralised project data including financials, resource forecasting, and status updates Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent Facilitate business decision-making through timely provision of data, insight, and forecastsWhat You'll Need
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a change delivery environment Advanced Excel and MS Project skills Strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent project qualification Highly organised, strong communicator, and process-focused mindsetNice to Have
