A leading risk management solutions provider in Manchester is seeking an HR Advisor. This role supports effective HR services and requires experience in a unionised environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to handle complex HR issues, and support compliance with employment law. A flexible working approach and numerous benefits are offered, including a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 - £35,000.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our brilliant team, playing a crucial role in supporting the delivery of effective human resources services across the organisation.
You will offer previous HR Advisor experience, ideally within a unionised environment, and preferably will be fully or part CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 or above). You will be naturally inquisitive, not afraid to challenge, lead by example and have an honest approach to both employees and leaders. As a HR Advisor, you ll have the opportunity to develop your HR career with the UK s largest independent engineering and inspection business during a period of significant transformation.
What will you be doing?
Reporting into our HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and operational support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy interpretation, and compliance. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, the HR Advisor ensures that HR practices align with business objectives and promotes a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
