Overview

A fast-growing Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City is seeking a versatile and proactive HR Advisor to join their expanding HR function. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers excellent scope for development and progression.

Role

This is a true HR generalist position with a strong focus on onboarding, operational HR and training support. You will work closely with the business to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end employee onboarding, including coordination of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Day-to-day HR advisory and generalist support
  • Supporting and coordinating HR training initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
  • Ensuring HR processes align with Financial Services regulatory standards
  • Supporting ongoing HR projects linked to growth and expansion
About You
  • Proven experience in a Financial Services HR environment (essential)
  • Strong HR generalist / HR Advisor-level background
  • CIPD qualified (highly desirable) or Qualified by Experience
  • Comfortable working at pace with a strong understanding of compliance and governance
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated and detail-orientated
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ambitious, flexible and keen to grow with the business
Additional Information
  • Initial training period will require 5 days per week on-site (approximately 1 month)
  • Hybrid working (3 / 2) available thereafter
  • Financial Services background checks required (can take 4–6 weeks)
