We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day to day running and administration of the office, as well as sourcing and selecting talented Teachers and Teaching Assistants in schools throughout the North East.

• Source, attract, and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates&\' qualifications, experience, and suitability for teaching positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Universities and Colleges to establish connections with education professionals seeking their first teaching roles.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants to understand school requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop a thorough understanding of school vacancies, job specifications, and educational requirements to effectively match candidates with suitable positions.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the recruitment database.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide valuable insights to candidates and schools.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections with universities, colleges, and education professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and school representatives effectively.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and other online tools for sourcing and selecting candidates.
• Enthusiasm for the education sector and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students and schools.
