The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• £27,000 base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k

• 1-2-1 training from the partners and external trainers to get you up to speed with the industry

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Headhunting Candidates

• Sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, referrals etc.
• Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
• Interviewing/screening candidates
• Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way
  
  

Business Development

• Cold calling potential new clients
• Building a great relationship with clients
• Meeting new and current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
