The Team

Our experienced consultants succeed individually and drive the company’s expansion. We are now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑paced team.

The Role

Based in our brand new Hinckley office, you will work as a 360‑recruitment consultant in engineering and manufacturing. The role focuses on new business, with weekly and monthly KPI targets for personal and team achievement. You will build relationships with candidates and clients and play a key part of the CV Technical team.

Rewards

Commission: Monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate. With an uncapped structure, the highest earners hit 6 figures.

Incentives: Team targets, individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets, with rewards such as team building activities, days out, bonuses and more.
