Qualifications

  • Proven HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Skilled in handling complex employee relations cases.

Responsabilités

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations and performance management.
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Supporting managers with coaching and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR records comply with GDPR and employment law.
  • Driving inclusion and supporting employees with additional needs.
  • Advising on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.

Proven HR Manager experience
