A leading HR consultancy in Manchester seeks an experienced HR professional to build out their HR department. This role involves managing all HR matters for a headcount of 100, ensuring best practices are followed, and developing the company's culture. Ideal candidates should be CIPD level 7 qualified with a solid grasp of employment law and extensive HR experience. The successful candidate will be based in the North West of England and ideally be CIPD level 7 qualified (or equivalent) with a solid understanding of employment law and experience of implementing HR initiatives from inception through to completion.
