Job summary

A non-profit organisation in Harrogate is seeking an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to handle the in-house recruitment process and support various HR needs. The role requires a minimum of three years in a similar position and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also coordinate recruitment events and manage databases. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR/recruitment role.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and DBS processes.
  • Experience producing and monitoring data for management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Executive and Directors in recruitment.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to fill vacancies.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events.
  • Produce accurate recruitment reports.

Experience of confidential notetaking
Knowledge of GDPR and DBS processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Education

Grade C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
