A well-established dental group in London or Milton Keynes is seeking a talented HR Manager / Advisor to lead HR across multiple practices. - Oversee ER, recruitment, HR infrastructure and performance management.
- Develop compliant policies, systems, and tech infrastructure.

- Build ideal recruitment, onboarding and retention frameworks.
- Lead employment law compliance and tribunal preparedness.
- Respond to HR queries and manage ATS and HRIS systems.
- Building professional image for the dental group.
